Banana-Ana Smoothie
4 servings, about ¾-1 cup each
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fruit, cut into pieces (such as banana, peach, strawberries, and pineapple)
- 1 (8 ounces) cup non-fat or low-fat flavored yogurt or milk
- 1 cup ice cubes, if desired
- dash cinnamon, if desired
Steps:
- Put ingredients in blender.
- Cover blender and blend ingredients until smooth (about 3 minutes).
- To serve, pour into cups
- Top with a dash of cinnamon.
