Yogurt Salad Dressing
This declicious low calorie topping for your salads is unique and delicious. Yogurt based, the chives and dill give it a delicious flavor. At 23 calories a serving, it doesn't trade taste for health!
Ingredients
- 8 oz plain yogurt, nonfat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise, nonfat
- 2 Tbsp chives, dried
- 2 Tbsp dill, dried
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate.
